I just signed up at www.hostgator.com and I must say that I'm extremely happy with their service, I moved a very large web site to their servers, and the support team has helped in every step of the way. The response time is usually 30 minutes or less even for major requests, and they are very knowledgable.
Besides, the sales guys are also very nice and know their way around hosting and technical details. He solved some question quickly.
I think I'll be buying some dedicated servers from them shortly, after all look at the prices!!!!
